CPIC error shown in sm21

Hi Guru's,

I have a problem in my SAP system showing following error message daily . can you please anybody comment on this error.

Communication error, CPIC return code 020, SAP return code 223

> Conversation ID: 60508120

> CPI-C function: CMSEND(SAP)

That looks like a simple connection error... It could be related to temporal network issues.

It looks you provoke that Error when execute a query in BEx and before the prosess has been performed completely close Excel (Because too impatient and couldn't await). So the error occurs because of an user action or there might be other reasons?

It needs EXCEL to read some info, but EXCEL is closed prematurely. So there is some kind of OLE or RPC communication going on in the background,which should not be interrupted.
