Collective PGI

Hi all,

I read that we can do collective PGI for multiple deliveries like how we are creating collective deliveries in VL10C.

But I dont know where/how to do it.Can anyone throw a light on this

Go to TCode VL06, click on "For Goods issue" and execute.

Hi,

Goto t-code VL06G---for collective processing via outbound deliver, then enter your selection criteria then execyte.

You will get the deliveries with respect toyour selection criteria.select the deliveries you want to PGI, then goto subsequent functions and then post goods issue.

Hi

Input sales orders in sales orders tab . give the range of sales orders from which number to which number you want to do collective PGI input all the data like Sales doucment,Shipping ponit,customer numbers and go to execute and run.

you will get several lines of documents as per your input in yellow colour.

Select them and go to collective processing and click.

Wait and see all the documents status changes to green color.

This is the process.
