Cannot Delete/Remove field from Console

Hi Guru's,

I am trying to Delete/Remove some Fields from Console ( Main Table)..

Some fields got deleted while for some fields it errors with message

"The field cannot be deleted until references to it in Family Hierarchy are removed"

What does this mean ..What is it referring too?

Does any one know how I can get this..

Hi,

Just Clarify that are you deleting the display field and have you deleted the categary table..??

Now check it out.

IF not please make it more clarify.

Hi All,

This is being fixed now..Actually fields (which were to be removed) were part of Family table and were assigned for partitining ..

I had to go and remove this from Partitioning inf Family Mode in Dat Manager and then I wa able to delete these fields..
