PO Output from SRM

Hi,

Recently we have upgrade our system to SP12. After that output is not getting determined in PO.

In output tab of the Po, the vendor e-mail has been derived but still e-mail is not getting triggered.

Two fields are showing as:

Last sent on: at 00:00:00

via ouptut medium: blank

Other e-mail notifications are working fine in the system. So I believe issue is not with the e-mail. It should be output determination.

We are in SRM 4.0 using extended classic scenario.

Please help me as I am not faimiliar with output determination process in SRM.

First of all.. check if there is any customized program that are in use. There were certain instances where we had to reapply the note after applying SP12.

Thanks for your reply.

Actually we refresh our quality system recently (i.e. copy the data from produciton system) and upgrade the quality to SP12.

E-mail to vendor is not getting triggered after this activity in quality system. But in produciton its working fine. The config settings are same in production and quality.

Any help would be appreciated.
