Hi Xians,

I am trying to resend the error messages from RWB. I am in the screen

MESSAGE MONITORING->MESSAGE FROM COMPONENT= ADAPTER ENGINE

I ve added the following roles to my account.

SAP_XI_DISPLAY_USER

SAP_XI_DEVELOPER

SAP_XI_CONFIGURATOR

SAP_XI_CONTENT_ORGANIZER

SAP_XI_MONITOR

SAP_XI_ADMINISTRATOR

But when I am trying to resend the Erroneous message, Its prompting me to give my ID and PWD.Once I give, it is giving the ERROR " noAuthorizationJava ".

Can some one suggest the exact ROLE required to do the same?

Reagrds,

Subhendu

Hi Subhendu,

Your user should have roles assigned to XIAPLUSER and XIAFUSER.

ask your basis to assign roles of these users. It will Work.

thanks

The solution is contained in the note #928862 Message monitoring

for Adapter Engine does not work.

The procedure is not described very well in the note. The correct

procedure is as follows:

- start Java visual admin tool

- in server tree go to Services -> Destinations -> WebServices

- select destination sap.com/com.sap.xi.mdt/com.sap.aii.mdt.server

adapterframework.proxy.AdapterMessageMonitoring/basicPort_Document

and

"sap.com/com.sap.xi.mdt/com.sap.aii.mdt.server.adapterframework.proxy.

AdapterMessageMonitoring/sslPort_Document"

- ensure Authentication is set to "Logon Ticket" or "none"

Hi Mark,

I proposed the solution to the BASIS team. But they are telling that it is an Authorization Issue, as the error messages were cleared by the id XISUPER.

The solution which you provided is quite generic and has not much to do with individual users, I believe.

Could you please clarify the same?
