Account assignment screen disappears when we click on the Details button

HI Experts

we are on SRM 4 with Ecc 5.

When we are in the Cost assignment tab during creating the SC and we click on the Details button in the action column the entire screen disappears after that .

The whole screen becomes blank after we hit the detail button

Has anyone faced a similar problem. do please throw some light on the same

Hi

As per standard it should not since a sc requester must validate whether it picked up correct cost center and accounting information are correc or not.

please check up some oss notes. if you dont get plz create oss messages.

Are you geting this problem for all sc or only particular product category?
