Hi All,
I want schedule automatic transport of all requests in my quality system.
I am aware of the procedure to do this, which is thru STMS,i need to schedule the transport job which would run at the desired intervals and carry out the transports.
Howver,in my system,I am not able to see the IMPORT ALL button in the STMS options.I have already set the parameter NO_IMPORT_ALL value to 0 for this system in the domain controller.
But inspite of that,I am not getting the IMPORT ALL truck button in the import request queue.
Kindly suggest if anyone is aware of this problem and has the solution to it.
Regards,
Santosh Bhat
Hi Santosh,
Logon to your domain controller, go to the system in question and use Configuration - Set default values to reset the values (if this is the only value changed). Then distribute and activate configuration.
If this does not work, login to the system at OS level and run tp showparams <parameter> and see what you get.
Your problem might either be that your distribution is not working or you have permission problems on the PFL file at OS level.

Hi Krishna,
I am very much aware of the implications and procedure to be followed to do this.
what I m facing is a problem, for which there cannot be any standard documentation by SAP.
My problem is that inspite of keeping the value of NO_IMPORT_ALL parameter as 0,I am not getting the tranport all button in STMS.I have also tried and removing the parameter totally but that has not worked either.

Hai,
Actually the other way that is; even setting the Parameter NO_IMPORT_ALL = 1, the system displays the import all-button in the menu of the import display. This was a program error and SAP delivered a note (1230586) for it. I guess this is also something like that....contact SAP..:-)
