Hi there,
Sometimes when I'm using my webdynpro application, instead of showing the page, I then get a message in the sort of:
''refresh using this link or press 'F5' "
Sometimes even right after starting the application.
Anyone who has encountered this problem? Can there be anything done to solve it? Is it due to JCO destination settings?
Thanks!
Kind regards,
Allan
Hi Allan,
Are there other browsers open running the same application previously ?
I guess there may be some data which needs to be refreshed in that case.
Kind Regards,
Nitin

Hi there,
It happens sometimes, and sometimes it doesn't happen at all.
No, no multiple browsers running the same app.
I just got it a few minutes ago and it states:
500 Internal server error
The Web Dynpro Application 'SpeedCRM_BB' has expired. Restart the application using the Refresh button or via the following link CRMBB.
Is there any reason why the application suddenly expires? How can I find this out?
Or is it a bug? NWDI? Javastack? JCO destination?

Edit:
Could it be due to the JCO destination settings? For the connection, a defined user is used. So everyone uses the same user. This is temporary until SSO is set up between javastack & abap stack

Hi Allan,
Is it the case that data is not yet received in the application and that your page expires before completing the RFC call?
Have you checked the JCO parameters like connection timeout etc.?
Does the timeout time differ in each run or is it constant ?

Hi Allan,
Have you checked the time out of the page. increase the time out of page and then check if it works for you.
Some times this also happens because of large data which is to be shown on the page then the application expires due to timeout error.

Narendra
