SP01 impact

We are currently running SAP GRC 5.3 and are thinking of upgrading our GRC system with SP01 to fix some SPM issues.Has anyone upgraded to this Service Pack and what additional problems did you encounter.

I know it is released but there are some small issues. Better to wait for it to get stable and then apply it.

Hi,

I would recommend you to wait for 10-15 days and then upgrade to AC 5.3 SP 05 (Feature Pack 1). It combines all the hot fixes as well as Support packs 1 to 4. It does not have anything related to SPM though.

Which issue in SPM are you talking about? Did you take a look at the release notes for SP 01?

SPM Roles were missing some authorizations with an error message "Destination TMSSUP@VA*.DOMAIN_GRC is not defined as a trusted system", the we got a note with a solution stating that the fix will be made part of the next support package SP01 of VIRSANH Add-on component.

I want to be prepared for any error\problem that the SP might affect to SPM and other GRC modules.
