PO is not created in R/3

Hi All,

I have created Shoping cart and i can able view all items and it has been approved with approver, but when PO has not created.

Check points.

BBP_PD - latest status.

Web application monitor for SC

RZ20 SHOPING CARD

and check what is the status in follow on document folder in sc.

Hope that you did not activated for extended classic in spro.

check also what is the specific configuration

in define objects in the backend system.

check define sourcing configuration . is any entry for your product category?

I have checked in BBP_PD and Status on Document flow folder, there it showing "Shoping Cart XXXX Error in Process".

How to check wether it is activated for extended classic or not in spro. I am new to SRM System.

hi,

to check if extended classic is enabled, navigate to this path

spro-> SAP Supplier Relationship Management->SRM Server->Cross-Application Basic Settings->Activate Extended Classic Scenario.

some clue must be there in rz20 for sc.

hi,

From your comment I understand that activate extended classic is unchecked (here ext. classic is not activated in your system)

If you want the extended classic scenario to work, please make sure activate extended classic is checked. As this is one of the important steps to be performed.

Please explore the error more. you can not change technical scenario . It is very sensitive. please try to find some clues why the PO did not reach r/3 since you are already in classic scenario.Dont change existing settings ....

There are many reasons why the PO was not created in r/3.

try to find the error exactly and fix them.
