Element wise Cost planning

Dear all,

i need to arrive planning cost at component level, lets put like this, i created a WBS under, one external service under, one BOM. I am exploding the BOM component in Project & i am getting the total planned cost for the BOM along with the component, but i need at component level Plan cost. Is it possible to arrive plan cost for the component in BOM ?

HI,

Maintain unit costing variant for material components.... ( Automatic costing for networks... SPRO)

assign material in project go for unit costing for material.(select material - edit - cost - Edit unit costing)

this unit costing overwrites material master cost,

I thought you want to do cost planning for perticular component..... ( i unerstood wrongly....)

i think you want planned cost at component level........

it is not possible... miximum you can get at activity level........

since all componets you are attaching to activities.....

one thing you can get cost by cost elements.... in cost element report.... wher you can find cost by cost elements like .... RM .... Finished good, semu finished ( depend on valuation class in mterial master....)

S_ALR_87013542 is std SAP report where u can see the cost-element wise.
