MD04 and MMBE are showing stock is available on 12th January, but why sales

Hi Gurus,

MD04 and MMBE are showing stock is available on 12th January, but why sales order schedule line is showing 28th Jan. I went to this sales order in change mode and I did availablity check again but still it is showing.. out of 4 Qty, 3 QTY -confirmed on 12th and 1 QTY- on 28th Jan. But we want total 4 qantity shouuld be confirmed on 12th jan as per MD04 and MMBE.

Please let me know answer for this question ASAP.

There must be some order or delivery that is there in the system.

Hi

Check for the ATP quanitites using the Tcode CO09 (zero nine). MMBE will show you the physical stocks but not the ATP (available to promise).

Hi,

Both the transactions do not give the correct information about "AVAILABILITY" of the stock for sales orders. They only show that stock exists, but that does not mean the stock is available for sales orders. They could already be booked against some other sales orders or deliveries.

The correct transaction is CO09. Please check this and see if it helps you.
