Need JDK for Suse Linux X86_64

Dear All,

I am in middle of SAP NW 7.0 Installation . I have AMD 64 Machine

I am not able to find 64 bit jdk for linux frm java.sun.com . I heard we need jdk from IBM rather than sun.

Can some one please advice me where to get the right jdk for Suse Linux 10 SP1 on AMD 64

Please help me

You can find jdk download path for linux x86_64 in oss note 1172419.

Dear Arun,

upgrade to SLES10 SP2 and then you can fetch the IBM JDK from installation source (e.g. YOU or zypper). Novell ships the IBM JDK starting with SP2 ...

Is there any way to get valid 64 bit jdk for Linux SP1 with out upgrading to SP2 ?
