Hi

It seems like that there is Sales Group S10 customization settings have been disturbed after creation of sales order.

Check the customization settings T- Code VV317

Hi Sudhir,

T code VV317? It does not exist.

Actually S10 already exists in CM as well as in sales order.

Any advice?

Dear Cathy

1) Once you execute V_RA, list of items will be displayed. On left corner, there will be a white box. You have to place your mouse on that box against a specific sale order which probably, you would not have done.

2) VV317 is not a TCode. Its an error message system gives. It seems, for sale order, Sales Group is set as mandatory in incompletion log. Go to VA02, input the sale order and execute. From top menu bar, click "Goto -- Header -- Sales". There check whether Sales group is flowing. If not, maintain it and retry.

thanks

Dear Lakshmipathi,

1) Yes, once checking the box, then I click "backorders". "Backorder processing:overview" screen appears. One item in MRP element data is selected. When clicking "change confirmation", the msg below pops up.

"Please select a line that can be changed Message no. AG755".

2) Sales group S10 is already maintained in CM & in sales orders. Why the report cannot be run?

Pls help further. Thx.

Hi Cathy,

In V_RA, you can only change the blue lines.

Once you doubleclick on a black line, the transaction blocks and you get the error message.

As long as you only double-click on the blue lines, you'll be fine.
