There are many versions of NetWeaver. Just check SAP's website www.sap.com or the SAP Product Availability matrix at service market place http://service.sap.com/pam.

Hi,
Just to add, for the platform releases;
SAP NetWeaver '04 is sometimes called SAP NetWeaver 6.40 (6.40 was the code line number).
SAP NetWeaver 7.0 was previously called SAP NetWeaver 2004s. It was renamed to a numeric release number. All new releases of the SAP NetWeaver platform will have numeric designations.
There are a number of individual non-platform releases of SAP NetWeaver. Typically they are shipped for a number of releases independently before it is absorbed into the core platform release.
The main example of this is SAP NetWeaver MDM; the major recent releases have been the 5.5 and 7.1 releases.
Cheers,
Mike.
