Deployment Error

Hello SAP Experts!!

We have an R/3 server where EP is also installed. When a Webdynpro consultant is trying to deploy any application, it is giving the following error.

[006]Deployment aborted

Settings

SDM host : jktr3

SDM port : 50018

URL to deploy : file:/C:/DOCUME_1/ADMINI1/LOCALS~1/Temp/temp32143DemoSQL.ear

Deployment exception : Server jktr3 did not accept login request as apiadmin on port 50018 - Cannot log in. There are already active sessions:

Session id 55 / An administrator logged in via API /

Please can anyone suggest what can be done about this. Consultants waiting to work.

The issue is solved. I restarted SDM and also Java Engine. As of now, there is no issue

Hai,

Port 50018 seems to be occupied already by some other service.

Check which service is using the port and kill or stop that, and then deploy the application.
