What is the difference between RFX and Reverse Auctions? Is Reverse Auction a tool.

Can we perform Reverse Auctions in Live Auction cockpit.

As mentioned in my earlier reply to you, RFx are offline bidding events and Auctions are online events

Reverse auctions the lowest bidder wins the bid as the time progresses

Yes, reverse auctions can be performed in LAC in SAP SRM

In the SAP E-Sourcing application, there is no separate component, the auction component is run from with in the Sourcing module of the SAP E-Sourcing application itself
