Are there any standard reports on customer hierarchy? I need to be able to create a report on revenue and balance on each division and as well as aggregated with the parent company. Any suggestion will be helpful.

In the SIS you can dynamically access the customer hierarchy. This is standard SAP functionality and is also available for self-defined infostructures.

I need to be able to create a report on revenue and balance on each division and as well as aggregated with the parent company.

In the sales infosystem you will have revenue => Net Value of invoices.

But regarding balance this is an FI concept, so you might want to program a report using customer hierarchy table (KNVH) using the Payer (RG) customer.

Do a Google search with "customer hierarchy table KNVH", there are nice ABAP examples.

Anyway maybe it is enough in FI to do the Reporting on the Payer (Customer Invoiced), because that's the legal company. You might also want to use the "group key" in FI instead of the customer hierarchy, because you have a lot of functionality in FI based on the "group key" and none based on the customer hierarchy.
