Oracle software not installed. Install Oracle software

Dear Expert

I am installing Solution manager 4.0 sr4 with Oracle 10.2 and windows 64bit platform.

while installation i am getting -Oracle software not installed. Install Oracle software .

but thing is that i have installed oracle + patches as installation guide.

even i set environment variable oracle_home & DBSID but problem still persist.

please let me know if i am missing anything ?

lease guide me.

How you install Oracle ? Using sapserver.cmd from DVD downloaded or shipped at SAP?

Are you sure that sapserver.cmd not setup.exe ?

Are the oracle services is started in "services"

like OracleServiceSID ?

P.S. paste here your oracle_home ....

P.P.S are you have in PATH like Drive:\oracle\SID\102\bin

this is happed bcase of wrong processor selection.

I select I386 but my processor was I64.
