SQL not working?

Hi All,

I've installed 4.7c IDES with Oracle as database on Server 2003. Problem is that, I'm not

able to use SQL alone. When i start the SQL, it's not accepting the "Username & Password".

I'm entering the Username as SCOTT & Password: Tiger, it shows invalid password/loginid.

Pls provide the solution.

Standart oracle user is "system" password is "manager" (or master password for your installation).

Also you can connect to SQL (under SIDadm user) using

sqlplus /nolog

connect /as sysdba
