E-Sourcing Learning Material

Hi Experts,

I am working as a functional consultant in a SAP Business One from the last 3 year, as I heard about E-Sourcing(SCM 7.0) methodolgy and I am intersting to learn.

Please can any one share their experience regarding what are the prerequisite i.e. e-learing, document and certification in E-sourcing.
