Determine Actual Dates not active in Planning Board for WBS Elements

Hi,

Determine Actual dates is not active in Project Planning Board although I have released WBS Elements and final confirmation for the activities has been done.

I just want to know whether this is the normal behaviour of SAP or something is missing at my end.

The same is active in cj23.

it is active in PPB

click on the button set of dates

select actual
