We run a collective macro using storage bucket profile( Data View- Period Structure u2013 Storage Bucket Profile) in monthly data view. (To avoid split week problem). User want to avoid the step of clicking the storage bucket profile, is it possible to include the user exit macro to in my collective macro. What I am thinking is, we just need to know the function module behind storage bucket profile, then I can include the function behind a user exit macro and include that in my collective macro. Any boyd worked on this, or any thoughts or advices are welcome.
thx
Jeff
I don't believe it is possible to programmatically choose the storage bucket profiles. For the same reasons as you (the month/week issue) we've tried several ways to do so using various BADIs and user exits with no success. [OSS note 737230|https://websmp230.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=737230 ] seems to indicate that it cannot be done and proposes a work around (which we have not used).
Good luck
Chris
