I am working on new alert categories features of PI 7.1. I have created an alert category from Enterprise Service Builder and assigned users from TC alrtcatdef. When I try in development environment all works fine.
The problem is when I transport to productive environment.
The steps are
- I transport the alert category from alrtcatdef and it is generated with the same alert category ID .
- Then I transport the IR content and automatically, a new alert category is generated with the same description but different ID.
The issue is that when the BPM throws the alert the system reference the alert that has been generated automatically and not the transported alert. Consequently, the message is unrecognized.
What can be happening?
