STMS problem

Hi all,

I am reconfiguring the STMS and when I made my DEV server as Domain controller.

When i go to my PRD server and run STMS and the message comes to be and it shows PRD server and Domain controller data. This is normal.

But when i click on save, it says password should have atleast 1 digit.

Our profile is configured to it. i mean the parameter login/min_password_digits is 1

I changed the password of TMSADM user to include 1 digit, but still it is giving the same error.

And the user TMSADM also gets locked after several attempts.

I tried to make PRD as domain controller too, but again when i save, it says password requires at least 1 digit.

I am not understanding the problem.

Comment the login parameters in default profile like login/min_password_uppercase, login/min_password_lowercase, login/min_password_digits,login/min_password_specials or change the value to 0. This will avoid that error.

Hi,

I knew that, but since it was PRD server, downtime was hard to get.

I did that that night. Changed parameters, restarted server, confugured STMS, changed parameters again and then restarted the server again

Are you changing the password in DEV or in PRDN system. You need to change in DEV.

Even if I am making PRD as domain controller, even then it is giving the same error.
