CCMS 50 RED Availability XI_AF_NLEHV00NTXIP1_1 Heartbeat_alert:_last_measurement_value_more_than_360_seconds_old

What is this Heart beat alert???????

I checked in the client SAP system and found that CCMS maintenance functions have been turned off

Its turned off dats why it is showing this heartbeat alert???

The CCMS server tries to get a response from the sap system. If the alerts are set off and it does not get a response then it triggers the heartbeat alert indicating no response from the system..

You are getting this alert as you have enabled the flag under

" if no values are reported "

also trigger heartbeat alert.

You can set this off by going to RZ20, select monitoring attribute and select properties..

Here you can uncheck the flag mentioned above.

The flag is unchecked

But still the heart beat alert is generated.

Please check the Properties for the specific monitoring attribute that is triggering the heartbeat alert
