Output error

HI

when i assign one of the output type in output with medium 2 (fax) system prompts an error below error but not for other medium with the same O/P type

Processing program missing for output ZD00 (medium 2)

Message no. VN020

Diagnosis

No processing program is defined in table TNAPR for output type ZD00 (transmission medium 2) in application V7.

System Response

This output cannot be entered.

Procedure

In Customizing, enter a processing program for output type ZD00 and transmission medium 2.

how to over come this and wher should i maintain this.

Hi Roopa ,

This can be done in Transaction code :- NACE.

Once you execute the transaction, Select the Application and click on the Output type button.

Then select the Output type and double click on the processing routines folder.

In change mode you can do a NEW Entry and add the Processing program and form routine.

Dear Roopa,

Processing program is basically a intermediate between Output Type & Printing Program.

Go to T-Code - V/83 Give the output type (ZD00) & application as V7. There is a column for Program. Here you need to mention the processing program.

Take help from your ABAPer & mention Processing Program in V/83.

This would definitely solve your problem.

for example for procedure V70001 and application V7...

there enter the output type ZD00 in control type field.

2.goto view V_TVTK_NAC-----for OUTPUT DETERMINATION

there enter the output type to ur shipment tye.....

Every output is trigerred by a processing program (or print program).

Use NACE to go to your output type for your allication and then assign a processing progam to that. You can use processing program RVADOR01 as a standard for your output type
