Hi,
In that case I am afraid that you might have to create the application a fresh one in the webdynpro java.
But I do not know but have an idea that portal itself is a platform which provides a single integration platform for the applications developed using different tools so when you have deployed your application on the portal, you have created the iview on the portal so there must be a way out for your requirement. Instead of looking for migration of application from 1 platform to other look for that alternative.
May be it can help.

Hi,
Just out of curiosity i want to know is there any specific need that you want to try this thing?
Because I do not think you can migrate a developed application from one platform to other, i.e, from webdynpro java to webdynpro ABAP or vice-versa. Both are different platforms performing the same task but the skills required are different for both the platforms.
For your reference you can go through the following links:
Hope it answers your query.
