Unable to open Integration Repository

Hi,

When I run SXMB_IFR transaction from XI 7 system, the Integration repository is not opening up. The Java web start opens and shows an error: "Unable to launch the application".

"Error: JAR resources in JNLP file are not signed by same certificate"

Thanks all for your replies. I have checked the steps:

- Java JDK version is 1.4.2_12

- The cache is already clear.

- Set to "no proxies"

Even after doing the above steps, the IR doesnt open. Showing the same error message.

Do i need to restart the Java engine after doing the above changes?

And where can i find the "Java Web start Administration" on XI admin web page?

Open the Integration builder page and choose the tab Administration beside Tools tab and left side panel you will find this Java Web-start administration.

is the problem with IR only? is ID opening?

Anyway, before restarting the java stack it would be better if you could try the Java Web start Administration from the XI admin page. you will find it on the left handside menu. If nothing works, towards the end try to clear the cache + cookies of your IE and if everything fails then restart the java stack.

Hi Shahid,

Try to restart the Java engine and do it.

If you are using the Windows operating System then you can acess the Java Web Start by following.

Start -> Run -> javaws -> File -> Preferences -> Java, there you will find entries for JDK installed on your machine. After installing 1.4.xx, you need to uncheck 1.6 and make sure 1.4 is checked.

I have tried the "Re-initialization" on Java Web start administration. Also restarted the java stack, even then the IR gives the same error..

Hi,

please ask your basis guys to check the XI startup trace files because i think there is some error in your XI installation........so ask the basis guys to check trace files for any error........please ask the basis guys to do the post-installation steps in your XI system, if it is not done already.

Try to restart the XI server complelty by asking the basis guys to do it and check the trace files for error.

Check whether you hava correct JDK Version installed(jdk1.4.2_xx)
