Hai,

We have different types of sales, such as

- Regular product sales

- Scrap sales

- Free Samples

- Job work

- Replacement sales

- Returns

- Credit/Debit memos

Is there any std SAP report to see the total sales by each type of sale at the end of the year?

Thanks in advance

May be if you have different document types either for sale order or billing, it will be easy to generate reports.

Alternatively, create relevant material groups and assign it material master. Based on this, you can generate a report but for this, you may have to develop a report wherein the selection option would be Material Group.

thanks

Hai,

nice to see replies,

Can you clarify me ,

Why Material group is required , to see the Total sales by each type of sale?

Is there any std SAP Tcode/Report to see the type of sale wise Reports?

Its only a general logic. Tell me are you able to differentiate a material without seeing the description whether it is a normal item or scrap item. So in that sense only, I had proposed a solution.

May be in some companies, the unit of measurement would be different. While selling normal goods, their unit of measurement would be in pieces whereas, if the same material, sells in scrap, it would have been in kgs.

So all these logics you have to just apply to develop a zee report. So I thought, Material Group would be a better option where you can have groups based on what you have listed above. Thats it !!!!!!!

thanks
