Some user take long time when start some transaction

Dear all,

I have little problem,

some user take long time when start some transaction PA30 with status check authorization in the bottom of windows, but when i create new user by copy from user that has problem, it working when start the transaction PA30.

so, what must i do to solve the problem?

Could be a problem of SAPGUI installation, or a resource bottleneck of the user's machine.

To find out: Try as old and new user from the same machine.

I think the problem not in GUI installation since it give same result in the other client. I mean still take long time to start transaction with the same user. Actually it happened when accessing HR master data....

when tried login in same user's machine, the old user take long time and not for new user. my question how to set up the old user get fast like new user since the new user is copy of old user?

check parameters from Su01 (tab is named Parameter ID)

your two users do not have the same parameters, so, tcode AP30 can behave differently.
