no need to select any Attribute for Plant.GO to Extended Attributes of Purchase Group and select the radio button locations.select the ID number.Automatically plant will appear over there.You need to mention the Source system also.
As shubash said you need to map them. but before that you might have run BBP_LOCATIONS_GET_ALL or selected plant report and bring the plant to EBP and it would have created a BP for you.
As suggested by muthu and subhash, please select the company code in your org staructre and select the extend attributes tab and then select the locations tab. here you can matain the plants range or you can maintain individual plants.
