Assigning Substitute

Is there any why to check in the system all the substitute assignments?

Go to the table HRUS_D2 and you will find all the substitute assignments.

Try out this.

As far as i understand, the approver/creator can change the shopping cart based on the security level they have got and based on the security level and the Shopping cart gets restarted or the workflow will proceed without getting restarted.

There is a setting in SU01 - personalization tab--> BBP_WFL_SECURITY - check all the options high, medium,low, new.

Level 4 (High) - SC modification during approval possible + WF continues

Level 3 (medium) - SC modification during approval possible + WF restarts if starting condition targets a new WF

Level 2 (low) - SC modification during approval possible + WF restarts

Level 1 (no) - SC modification during approval not possible

Make sure the substituted approver will have the appropriate security level so that changes to the cart can be possible.

Other than the table HRUS_D2, please inform if there is any standard SAP report/transaction code to see all workflow substitutes
