Dear Friends,

I wanted 10 SO to b combined to generate one delivery document........how to proceed?........Thanks in advance.......

You can do it in collective processing using transaction code VL10A.

In standard SAP settings , system automatically combines the Sales orders/order items into one Delivery document if they have same

-Shipping pint

-Ship-to-party

-Delivery due date

-Route

-Incoterm

If the above data are same then system will automatically combine them into one delivery.

Use the above transaction code and process.

Single Delivery Doc against multiple Sales Orders

order combination should be ticked in Customer master

In copy controls VTLA chose your del type and order type in the header details condition tab combination requirement maintain 51

Then it is possible to combine multiple orders in to single delivery

Combination criteria

1 Ship to party

2. route

3..delivery due date or delivery date

4.Shipping pt

5.Incoterms

6.Confirmed quantity date at schedule line level

7.Delivery priority

8. billing type

9.Loading group

10.Transportation group

All these should be same then only deliveries will get combined

in copy controls for your order and delivery type combination at item level pls ensure that you have maintained 101 in the order requirements field Please try with T code VL04

Apart from the above, in copy control VTLA, for your item category, you need to have the following routines:-

Order requirements:::::101

Item data:::::::::::::::::::101

Business data::::::::::::::2

With all the combining creteria being the same and the copy control settings as mentioned above with order combination ticked in CMR you can do that

Use VL10A.

Give your ship point and date ranges (date ranges are the GI dates).

Execute.

In the list, select the sales orders that you want to convert in a delivery (Ship-to and route should be same). To select multiple orders, use Ctrl key.

Click on 'Create in Background' option and a single delivery would be created for all those sales orders.

Dear Friend,

If the data like Shipping Point, Ship-to party, etc is same then you can combine several orders into One Delivery.

Use T-Code - VL01N

Click on Outbound Delivery on the Top of the screen & Select COllective Processing - Deliv. Creation.

Here you an select multiple Sales Orders & proceed.

Hi,

Go to VL10A and give your shipping point and sales order number to combine.

for combining sales order in one delivery it should have common

ship to party

shipping date

these are some of the basic criteria to combine sales order in one delivery.

IF your header data and the item data are same then you can combine the sale order in delivery by using VL06, Try this and let us know
