Multiple files being sent. Can only see one in sxmb_moni. why?

Iu2019m sending a PO to a supplier and they are getting the XML file. But then they are getting the same file 3 more times every five mins.

I only see one file in sxmb_moni.

We sent the same PO through a different middleware product, business connector, thatu2019s hooked up to ECC and they only received one file.

Thus, we have concluded that PI is somehow sending the file 4 times.

How can I find this and fix this??

I found out that the partner was receiving the first file but not sending back an HTTP 200 response.

Thus, my PI system thought the receiver did not receive the file and tried to send again.

Hi

Option1:

You might need to watch the settings in communication channel under Integration Scenario ->

Once you open the communication channel watch whether you are deleting the data once you sent out or else polling for 3 more times.

Option2:

Open your Integration Process and watch out for BPM is making three copies due to some loose business logic.
