ESS & MSS component in same or different tracks?

Hello,

What is the Best practice/recoomeded way for creating ESS/MSS tracks for customization. Should there be a single track containing both the ESS & MSS components or different tracks for each of them?

What is advisable taking into picture future SP ugrade. I want to use NWDI control in case of any SP upgarde using JSPM.

Hi Bala,

I am referring to the same XSS cookbook. But it has not mentioned which is the best or recommended way.

I am lloking for the best practise taking into view all parameters including future SP upgrade, easy maintainence ect.

I think cookbook gives all the info what you need to do in future upgrades.

To Summarize

1.you need to create 2 tracks and in one track you will start modifications.

2.Put comments whereever you are doing the code modifications

2.In future upgrades after you create another track with latest changes,you need to manually copy your changes from old track to this new track
