System alias shown empty

Hi all,

I am trying to create a new application in VC .This is the first time that we are trying to create a VC application here.When I clicked on 'Find Data' to create a data service,there is nothing in the 'System' dropdown.Am I missing some of the permissions?

Hi there,

I am also relatively new to VC and am facing the same problem.. The System dropdown is not showing any of the BI or BW systems.. May I ask what was the permission issue in your case ?

Hi,

After creating the Systems alias for your Systems ,you have to do the usermapping for VC user to get the access for that Backend.

did you completed the Usermapping step ?
