cProjects Authorization

Hi,

When i staff a BP to cProjects role, he gets Authorization to projects automatically. but when i remove him from the projects(de staff), his authorization are not getting removed automatically. He has authorization access the projects. any idea how to solve this problem?

Hi Muthu,

This is standard behaviour, we already asked SAP about it.

See SAP Note: 1264949.

Just in summary: The default authorisation can be set automatically by the system, but it's not possible to delete them also automatically. We can't do that because of the possiblity, that the users can also add authorisations manually. The end user has to delete this entries manually on the authorsations tab.

I understand it is standard SAP. Any idea ! - may be with some simple developments to automate the authorization removal process automatically?
