Can anyone tell how to refresh the page in web dynpro once its loaded and thn again on navigating to that page(view) ,I want its updated contents.

Hi Sarabjeet,
You just need to have knowledge of Core Java before starting to work on Webdynpro Java. The concepts of OOPS are required and once you have this knowledge you can play with Webdynpro Java(depending upon how much time and effort you put in developing an application).
Just go through the various links as given in the posts above, try your hands at various tutorials specially refer these two docs:
1) Basic Tutorial for developing a Webdynpro Application
2) Complete guide how to use the UI elements in Webdynpro Java
