Monitor Shopping Cart web service

Hi,

On web service "Monitor shopping cart" (BBP_MON_SC transaction) when we go into details of the shopping cart, there is a link at the right top called "Back to Monitor", which ideally brings you back to the earlier screen.

How do we decide that the URL which this link would call will be a HTTP or HTTPS URL? It is unfortunately calling HTTP URL somewhere and starting a new session.

Ideally this should not be a problem at all. The system will determine this, provided if the BASIS perople have configured the HTTPS properly.

Please check that with your BASIS team.

I have checked this note and found that for our support pack 11 it is not applicable and cookies value for the ITS services is 1 and not zero as mentioned in this note.
