Error during PGI

Friends,

During PGI we are getting error as " Error when creating document flow for delivery 80000000"

Please guide what could be the reason and possible solutioin.

Dear sathyanarayana

Go to VA02, input the sale order and execute. There check for incompletion log and let us know whether the says "Document incomplete" or "Document complete".

Its complete, we are facing this probelm while PGI.

Go to VTLA, click on Position, input your sale order type and delivery type and execute. There select your item category and click on blue lens on top. There see whether you have ticked the box "Update document flow" and also you have maintained "+" for Pos./neg. quantity

Hi Satya,

Pls check in copying control of the item screen whether the document flow box is ticked or not.

VTLA is the T.Code for the copying control.

Kindly check in VTLA whether the document flow tick is available.
