ASSIGN error in communication work area(KOMG) when using different language

Any ideas how to sort this one?

when i run mek1 in EN language transaction opens

however when i do this in BG language it shows this error

ASSIGN error in communication work area (KOMG)

There are no dumps and syslog entries in st22 and sm21

well the problem came that the language import was done after the client copy and i have run the supplementation for client-specific tables, once i run it for client -independent data the t-codes started working properly
