ICM not running

Hi,

I have a problem with my WDA application / ICM.

I tried to open my WDA application today but it didn't work

I looked to transaction: SMICM to see if a port is correctly configured.

I got the message: ICM042 - Communication error with ICM - check status (smicm emergency mode)

Then on the next screen I see ICM status: Not running.

How can I start ICM?

I needed to stop ICM (already stopped), and then it restarted.

Hi Tomek,

Once delete the respectice active service and create the same service and activate it.

You can do so by going to tcode SMICM and next click on Services(Shift+F1) and there you can define the hostname and port number. and go to service and activate it...
