EHS-Audit Template editing

Hi Gurus

Please let me know what is the transaction to edit Audit Templates?

Also i have one more question. Is it possible to edit basic data of audit which is of status Released? if not in which status we can edit basic data?

Hello Murali,

1) You can use the same transaction code for audit for template editing also. PLMD_AUDIT

Do not drag and put in the worklist as this will not help editing the template. Open the audit componenet by clicking on menu Audit Component > Open> give the name of the template audit > Do the changes > Save

Check whether the audit template is changed

2) You can do the editing of Basic Data in the 1) Being Created Stage 2) Set to Approval 3) Approved

You cannot do the editing in Release stage
