RZ20 Error: Shopping cart (Pur req ) : AM010 Address doesn't exist

Hi All,

Just want to ask for some help on the error in shopping cart in SRM. When shopping cart has been approved and is on its way creating the purchase requisition, the following error is found in Rz20.

Shopping cart 0103845993 (PReq. 1171595766): AM010 Address doesn't exist

Does anybody know how to resolve this issue or what needs to be done in order to get away with the error?

Try to create a PR in R/3 using the SRM data and determine whether the problem is with R/3 or SRM

Hello Pranav,

Thanks for your advice. I think the problem is with R/3 as from SRM box we are connected to 2 R/3 system. The other one works fine, but for the other R/3 system I am getting this error using the same user and date in PPOSA_BBP.

Would you know which one to check in R/3 which might be causing this error?

I checked in BBP_PD and in the Status field I saw this:

Hi Rica,

This problem is specific to shopping cart or specific to user or for all users pointing to one of your backned system.

And also please can you give me some details your problem. i mean your creating a shopping cart with text item or materails....

before creating a shopping cart please check user attribute consisstecny bbp_attr_check through t-code .

Hi Ravi,

This problem is specific to shopping cart as the user was able to create a shopping cart using the same vendor and plant but only for other R/3 system. However for this specific R/3 system, one shopping cart has been approved and ready for Purchase requisition creation, the said error is found in RZ20.

For the details:

Shopping cart is created using text item (with a specific material group /category ID)

Shopping cart creation is successful but error prompts only when PR is created from SRM to another R/3 system. I am getting this error too when i try to execute FM BBP_REQREQ_RESUBMIT.

Hi Rica,

Please check corresopnding shopping cart delivery address exists or not. if it is not exist then please maintain the same either at user level or through web broswer.

If address exist for shopping cart then please check the user is belongs to which orgnisation. Try to check that particular orgnisation has valid address in PPOMA_BBP.
