New installation failure Preview Edition

Hello all,

I downloaded CE_Preview71EHP1-Dec2008 edition. I installed it correctly, as far as I know, but when I try to run the server I get the following errors:

Can't find config file E:\usr\sap\CE2\J02\igs\conf\xmlchart

Can't find config file E:\usr\sap\CE2\J02\igs\conf\rspoconnector

Can't find config file E:\usr\sap\CE2\J02\igs\conf\bwgis

Can't find config file E:\usr\sap\CE2\J02\igs\conf\gfwchart

I checked and the files are there, but the suffix is tpl.

Consequently jstart stays yellow and does not turn greeen.

What should I do?

Remove the suffix tpl for all those file & give a try.. It should fix the issue.

That's what I thought but I was not sure as I have never seen a file with a tpl suffix before....

Will give it a try later today

hi

I removed the suffix but now I receive

[Portwatcher::Ping] Ping was unsuccessfull 1 times

Any idea why??
