Our e-mail is Outlook and we are using a Exchange serveu201D

I received the following reply

u201CYou can see what emails actions undr Transaction data --> Actions. It will show the status of the email alsou201D

I thought this was straight forwardu2026.. I guess in my case, not so much. All I see under Transaction data  Actions. Are :

Check Consistency conditions

Upon Release Create change request.

Would there be a piece of config that I need to do

Hi,

"Reviewing e-mails" -- do you mean costomizing the contents of the mail?

If it is related to change in contents, it can be achieved by changing the smartform.

Open the action from SPPFCADM under Processing type you can see the form name.

For eg., it would be something like CRM_SLFN_ORDER_SERVICE_01

open the form in SMARTFORMS and edit it for your requirement.

Feel free to revert back.

Thanks Ragu;

This is what I am looking for.

When a change request is created, we use the e-mail function in Solution Manager. For the Recipient we a valid "email address" . The recipient type is "Via internet.

Using this sends the e-mail via excjhange server.

What I am looking for is an "audit trail" of some sort (in Solution Manager) of what e-mails were sent. These do not show up in the "sent" items of outlook.

Hope this make some sense.

Have you tried using the SCOT transaction to see what mails have been sent.

Hi,

All the messages going out of any SOLMAN can be viewed from SOST, if you enable trace in SOST, you will have even more details of each message sent out.

This will solve your problem.

Feel free to revert back.
