Regarding Depot sale.

Hi All,

I have transferred the stock from plant to depot.Created Billing & Excise invoice(J1IIN).

But in MMBE the stock is not showing against Plant, but it shows as the stock in transit ( in detailed display).

Then created the Sales order (OR) and in Delievery it shows Error Msg."Deficit stock in storage location----".

Kindly guide me.

Hi Gurus,

When i am trying to do MIGO with reference to Purchase Order, it shows Error message as "The document content no items".It seems that the system unble to read the Purchase order.

Kindly guide me.

Hi,

The system is correct, Stock transfer for Depot is.

From Plant

1] ME51N>Me21N>VL10B>Vl02n>VF01 [JEX]--> J1IIN

In Depot

2] MIGO >J1IG (Optional)> Va01> Vl01n> VF01>J1IJ>VF01 - to customer

So now you have done the first process, you have yet to do the second process.

So now Goods are in Transit, you can check in MB5T - Goods in transit.

Once you do MIGO in Depot the stock will be updated in Depot...

Dear Hemu,

The system is showing stock in transit because the goods have not been entered in receiving Plant.

You have to do MIGO (GRN) in receiving Plant & transfer Excise (if required) by J1IJ.

Once you receive the good in Receiving PLant, the system will show the stock in the Depot & you can futher process it (outbound Delivery & Invoices... ).

Hi

You have transfered the goods from plant to depot in 2-step procedure

further you need to recieve the goods to depot, until reciept of good was not done for depot the stock will be in transit, if you are using warehousing take the help of WM consultant, if you are not using warehousing take the help of MM consultant through MIGO.

Hi Hemu,

The system status is correct. you have done the first part of transfering the stock from your plant o depot. but now it should be entered in the depot excise register and the goods reciept done done at the depot level

The transaction J1IJ can be used to update the stock in the depot location and then you can do the delivery and invocie

As per my knowledge DEPOT is also treated as a plant in SAP

In the receiving plant MIGO has to be done

If it is one step no need for MIGO

I think that you have not choosen onestep in customizing

Do MiGO in the receiving plant then only the stock will get loaded there
