Solution Manager Diagnostics with SOLMAN 7.0 EHP1

Hi!

I updated my SAP Solution Manager to SOLMAN 7.0 EHP1 and have problems within Solution Manager Diagnostics.

The problems are:

- time out while "Workload Analysis"

- no data will be shown on all tabs

I currently use Wily Introscope 7.2

The Wily Introscope 8.0 cannnot unfortunately be upgraded or installed.

Can some one help me to solve my problems?

Hello,

have you tested to run the diagnostic setup for monitoring system ? And plz look in the Extractor Framework if the Extractor activ for the systems.
