Show several ZLF* in WorkCenter of Incident Mgmt

Former Member

Dear Experts,

We are using several Support Msgs - i.e. ZLF1 and ZLF2.

We are also using the WorkCenter Incident Management. Now I want to make sure that all these Support Msgs are shown in this WorkCenter.

How can this be done?

Currently I only see the standard SLFN type in the WorkCenter.

Thanks in advance!

Best regards,

Roel

Dear Roel,

The workcenter shortcuts like to be rprocessed by me etc

are the created by creating variants of crm_dno_monitor transaction.

Earlier to SP18 or lesser Package only one Service desk transaction type can be used i.e. SLFN which in your case is z* but it can be one only.

So your users can see only 1 not both now message

All,

Thanks for your input! It is very appreciated.

An upgrade to SPS18 is planned, so the solution for this question will be in our system very soon

Thanks a lot!

Dear Roel,

In Support package earlier than SP18, no multiple transaction is supported so you can not show both ZLF1 and ZLF2 in your application.

However , you can change the transaction type(not use SLFN) for service desk message.

Check for IMG Activities (at least available as of SP18):

Scenario-Specific Settings -> Service Desk -> Multi Transaction Type Handling

Specify Several Transaction Types

Specify Target Transaction Type from Basis Message

Hi Ruediger,

Thanks for your reply.

We are working on SolMan 7.0 SPS15, and cannot find back this IMG path.

I notice that the current WorkCenter Incident Mgmt is already showing ZLFN (another customized transaction type). This is not done by me, but apparently it is possible.
